National technical regulations on domestic wastewater QCVN 14-MT: 2015/BTNMT revised QCVN 14:2008/BTNMT, which specifies the maximum allowable value of water pollution parameters in domestic wastewater and municipal wastewater when discharge of receiving wastewater.
QCVN 14-MT: 2015/BTNMT applies exclusively to domestic wastewater and municipal wastewater. All organizations or individuals involved in domestic wastewater discharge and urban wastewater supply are subject to wastewater compliance with this regulation.
