On 02 May 06, 2010, the Ministry of Health has issued the National Technical regulation for natural mineral water and bottled drinking water QCVN 6-1:2010/BYT. This standard set specifies food safety norms and regulatory requirements for bottled natural mineral water and bottled drinking water used for the purpose of refreshment, which does not apply to functional foods.
