“Access to clean water is fundamental to human rights”. This is the goal of the United Nations Council and is also the goal of every country in which Vietnam is available. The clean water supply system of Ha Lam Elementary School, pre-kindergarten Ha Lam District B and 5 residential clusters are water at depths of 90 meters or more, through water resources testing, good quality ensuring the handling and supply of clean water to the people.
